Central
Sericultural Germplasm Resources Centre, Hosur has developed a system
for registration of sericultural germplasm in the wake of GATT and patent
policy. The Member Secretary, Central Silk Board, Bangalore has approved
the set of guidelines formulated for registraion of germplasm.
